MANSIGHTS WEBMASTER AGREEMENT

This agreement for adult verification services is made effective as of the date of acceptance, by and
between you, (the "Participant") and WCD Enterprises, Inc. (ManSights). Whereas the
participant desires to utilize ManSights' adult verification services develop its
presence on the World Wide Web.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. ManSights agrees to provide adult verification services (the "Service") to the
participant. Participant shall be paid commissions twice a month at the
stated commission rate.
2. ManSights reserves the right to refuse Service to anyone at any time. In the event that ManSights initiates a
termination of Services, ManSights will provide reasonable notice to participant.
3. Participant shall be solely responsible for all content available on or through its site served by ManSights' Services
and shall at all times be subject to the terms of this agreement. ManSights does not actively review
or monitor participating sites. Participant agrees not to use the Services in any manner that is illegal or libelous.
Participant warrants that its site served by ManSights' Services will not infringe or contain any content that
infringes upon or violates any copyright, U.S. patent, or any third-party right, or violates any applicable law, rule or regulation.
ManSights shall have no obligations with respect to the content available on or through any participating site, including but not
limited to, any duty to review or monitor any such content. ManSights reserves the right to block any site that violates any
of the above-stated terms, or which, in ManSights sole discretion, it deems objectionable or offense, or otherwise violates a law
or ManSights policy. Participant agrees to refrain from sending mass, unsolicited e-mail to, or otherwise violating the security
of, either ManSights or its members.
4. Any sites containing any reference or content relating to child pornography or beastiality will be immediately terminated.
ManSights will not tolerate any form of animal or child explotation !!
5. Any webmaster found using any wording to promote the ManSights service other than the HTML code that is provided to you, or
found on the join page, can result in immediate cancelling of your account and all funds earned to be forfeited. If you desire to
have additional wording on your site referencing the ManSights service please contact jeff@ManSights.com to get it reviewed
before putting it on your site.
6. Any liability of ManSights including, without limitation, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration
of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence or under any other cause of action, shall be
strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the Participant to ManSights for the proceeding twelve (12) months.
7. No warranty is made by the ManSights regarding the information, services or products provided through or in connection with
the services and ManSights hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: (i) any warranties as
to the availability, accuracy or content of information products or services: (ii) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose.
8. All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic files or at this site or any
participating site is disclaimed.
9. Participant agrees to use ManSights' Services at its own risk. In no event shall ManSights be liable for any loss of data,
e-mail or files, virus infection, delays or performance problems due to power outages, acts of god, communications failure, theft
or destruction of property.
10. Participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ManSights of and from any claims arising out of the use of its
adult verification system, including but not limited to, prosecution under any pornography, copyright and licensing laws of
the United states and the several states.
11. This agreement is effective as of the date of acceptance of this agreement and continues until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason, ManSights may terminate the agreement immediately if any terms of
this contract are not met.
12. Participant's right under this agreement cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.
13. Participant agrees that the agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Participant agrees
that any legal action relating to the Services shall be brought in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County or the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The participant agrees that it is subject to personal jurisdiction
of the Superior Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
